	For the 2004-2005 Work Comp Group Rating Year, ESAO members saved on average 90% on their work comp premiums. WHY SHOULDN'T YOU?

For the 2005-2006 rating year, ESAO members saved nearly $25 million on their premiums.  You may be eligible to save up to 90% on your work comp premiums for the 2006-2007 year plan.

How does it work?

Prior to February 1st, 2006

Company representative must submit Form AC-3 to receive a cost free savings analysis from Sheakley Uniservice that will show you the savings available to your company.

October 2006-February 2007

Companies will be receiving savings analysis from Sheakley Uniservice that includes your ESAO enrollment information.

February 21,2007

Deadline for companies wishing to participate in ESAO's 2003-2004 group rating program to submit payment to Sheakley Uniservice.

July 1,2007

New rates effective for payroll dated July 1,2006 until June 30,2007
